Sinoma CBMI Latin America SRL is nearing completion of the PANAM cement project in the Dominican Republic.
Sinoma CBMI Latin America, a subsidiary of China National Building Material Group, is completing the construction of the modern cement grinding plant for Cemento Panam, part of Grupo Estrella, in the Dominican Republic.
With a planned production capacity of 1.23Mta, the project integrates advanced, carbon-neutral technologies to reduce environmental impact. One of the key components is a Gebr Pfeiffer vertical roller mill, capable of producing 155tph of mixed cement.
The completion of the project marks an important milestone for sustainable construction in the Caribbean, boosting the local industry, creating jobs, and setting new standards in cement production.
