Turkmenistan’s President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has instructed the Türkmensenagat State Agency that three new cement plants must be built in the country through foreign investment.

President Berdimuhamedov stated the plants are required to satisfy domestic and export demand for cement, while also highlighting the necessity to reconstruct outdated enterprises.
