Representatives of several Russian companies have held negotiations to restore and upgrade the Al Arabiya cement plant in Syria as well as build a cement works in Muslimiya in Aleppa governorate.

“Representatives of several large Russian companies have had a working visit to Syria, during which they held meetings with representatives of the Industry Ministry of the Syrian Arab Republic directly at two cement plants in Aleppo and at two metals plants in Hama,” according to a source of Prime News. “Negotiations were about mutually beneficial conditions to restore and upgrade the plants.”
