Cement sales in Puerto Rico increased by 3.3 per cent in January 2019 when compared with January 2018, according to news service Sin Comillas. The latest rise represents the 13th consecutive increase in monthly sales.

In 2018 sales surged by 38.9 per cent, the first annual increase since 2012.
