Cementos Tequendama has ordered an MPS 140 BK coal mill coal mill from Gebr Pfeiffer, Inc, a subsidiary of Gebr Pfeiffer SE.

Cementos Tequendama’s plant is located in the outskirts of Suesca, Cundinamarca, Colombia (located approximately one hour north of Bogota). Currently, the plant currently has a production capacity of 300,000tpa. The new vertical roller mill ordered from Gebr Pfeiffer is part of Cementos Tequendama's expansion plan to increase overall production at the plant.

Other grinding contracts recently undertaken by Gebr Pfeiffer in the Colombian cement sector include projects for Cementos Tequendama and Cementos San Marcos.
